    I think it is crap that a Lt. can talk to officers like they are dumb. He can not even be nice on someone last day of work. Making them cry the last time they go through the gate.

    I think there needs to be a change at the facility the administration is running wild and the union is far to timmid and inexperienced to deal with them, we need new officials to get this undercontrol, they need to have the respect of all the officers in the jail and have the experience to deal with Kirkpatric and that ASSHOLE Herdzik any suggestions speak up. We need unity among ourselves AND the other unions in the facility, united we stand divided we fall. stay tuned for more to follow,.....

    ever notice that the days LT.is off-people walk with their heads up-laugh, and actually have some morale. Lt. couldn't do what he does without the backing of Super, Dep, Captains.
    Hes on a mission for the Super.
